Forbidden Pudding (noun): A humorous and slightly off-putting term for the thick, yellowish-green phlegm that emerges during a severe cold or flu. This term highlights the gelatinous, pudding-like consistency of the phlegm, which, despite its name, is anything but edible. See also: Forbidden Custard – a similar term, often used interchangeably, but usually referring to the more fluid, runny variety of nasal phlegm.
