A relationship wherein two people are more than friends, but also more than friends-with-benefits. Kitchuationship implies much more romance and emotional intimacy than FWB, because the people involved (almost always) deeply care for eachother and see a lot of personality value beyond just hooking up. It's a genuine bond, with room for love in whatever degree it exists between them. Etymologically, the word is a portmanteau of "Kitchen," and "Situationship," thus referring to what might otherwise be a situationship redeemed by the affection, cozy vibes, good times, and general togetherness evoked by kitchens and the wholesome sentimental exchanges that go on therein.
