Otherly known as "Random^2" Describes something that is unordinarily random. Also used as a random saying or catchphrase. Often used more in txt and written language than verbally. Its original use was as a saying to depcit that something was so random - it wasn't. This wasn't derived as an abstract saying, but rather a mathematical concept. The logic behind this is often misunderstood, as its meaning is to do with the distribution of probabilities by multiplying two random functions together.
