In investing, bulls believe a stock or security will increase in value, while bears believe they will decline. A fakebull is somewhat nihilistic insomuch as they don't believe anything, but they will pretend to believe something and will say anything in order to further their own interests. Particularly they will present as bullish but what they are actually saying spreads fear and doubtFUD, hoping that bulls lose confidence because the message was from 'one of us'.
