It refers to a large-scale initiative or action that produces immediate and definitive positive outcomes or results in a specific area, project, or endeavor. The term was initially coined at the beginning of the year 2023 by the Human Resources (HR) top executive of a leading global tech firm as a metaphorical expression to describe the anticipated impact of the employer branding strategy.
