It is when a person or entity tries to challenge another person or entity, usually with false hubris, and where the other person is so superior in every way, and the other person has an attitude and stance that is so surprised at the gall at the inferior challenger, that s/he can only make an expression of "OMG do you really think you have ANY chance at challenging me".
