A military grade performance enhancer developed in the 80's, X-C3LL, would be injected into the body flooding it with a protein that would increase the natural production of testosterone and adrenaline tenfold (unlike the first and second releases of X-CELL which used artificial hormones that would ultimately lead to liver and testicular diseases from prolonged use). X-C3LL would also temporarily dull nerve endings to reduce pain while in effect (surprisingly this didn't have any long-term adverse effects to the nervous system). Bloodlust was an issue faced, after the repeated use of X-C3LL, subjects under observation had remained physically aggression after the drug had left their system and their body physical functions reset.
