a word coined after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, it's most likely referencing the use of the symbol "Z" in Russia which has become synonymous with support for the invasion of Ukraine. With that in mind, the term probably refers to Russians (or people in general) who are pro-invasion. Alternately it can also be a reference to the SS Bolts (most noticeable when spelled as ruZZian). In that case, it could be a discrete way of calling the supporters of the invasion fascists.
