Referring to something that contains fur on its surface.

Furry ² Noun

Referring to media revolving around or containing a character or themes that are based around the concept of an animal besides a human showing unusual levels of traits that are pertaining to humanity as a whole, and vice versa. (Humans showing animalistic traits or fulfilling animalistic roles).

It can also refer to fan-made media that is based on non-furry (or largely non-furry) media with the purpose of making it more furry centric, or containing more furry elements.

They are well known for forming events such as conventions, and large cosplay events for popular furry characters.
