A person/group of "civilians" placed by the military to prevent victims of occupation from returning to their land, after they have been displaced. As part of the same beehive as the military, any armed response to this veiled tactic usually results in some form of public outcry. The vast majority of Barricadiers are military trained and sometimes carry out their own attacks.
