According to the Dictionary, Trauma is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience. What experiences count as trauma depend really as everyone is different on how they see things. Some may see an experience as fine while others not so much. Trauma effects how you act, feel, react to situations, your social life, your mental health and physical health so if you feel you have trauma, talk to a GP or if you are a minor, a trusted adult or teacher. They will help you get a therapist or school counsellor.
