A whiteboi's tiny, useless, "penis", that is too small and inadequate for sexual penetration, and therefore more closely resembles a woman's clit, than it does a real man's penis. Usually completely impotent, it no longer serves any sexual function whatsoever. A larger percentage of whitebois possess a clitty, with every generation, because of naturally decreasing testosterone levels in all whitebois.
