Little Dipper is a constellation in the night sky. It looks like a little scoop compared to the big dipper, which looks like a bug scoop. Also, someone who dips, but not a lot. A user of sauces. If a sandwich or burger is being eaten, french dressing or thousand island dressing will go on it and occasionally spill on the plate. If a hot dog is ordered at a movie theater, ketchup, mustard, and relish must be added to it. If takeout noodles or chicken wings and vegetable fried rice or general tso's chicken are eaten at home, the restaurant's condiments (hot sauce, soy sauce, duck sauce) must be put to work in sometimes in combination with some recent sauce packs from the refrigerator. God forbid chicken nuggets go without at least one ketchup or BBQ sauce. Also adds hot sauce or ketchup to house food.
