(English)-Noun. Vidslack is a post pandemic re-pandemic created as early late March 2020 and still in effect to this day and likely onwards for a few generations as a result of the Covid 19 2 year shutdowns. While Covid was a viral pandemic, Vidslack is a mental pandemic. Vidslack currently affects large swaths of the global population with more acute infection cases being within countries that deployed unreasonably long and ridiculous shelter-in-place lockdowns and work from home policies. Main examples of one infected with Vidslack include: -Being healthy and within low risk windows but still wearing a mask everywhere. -Driving in a car by yourself while wearing a mask. -Getting the covid vaccine and all the boosters in 2021 and 2022 but also getting infected with covid in 2023- Because you believed the covid vaccine would work. -Denying that the vaccine has serious side effects while young normal healthy athletes in large numbers are falling down with serious heart complications -Still opting to work fully remote when your employer has opened the office a year ago and your job entails much collaboration with other collogues and teams. -Being unemployed for over 9 months for no other reason other than that many job positions are not remote -Not answering emails or following through on basic tasks/requests despite being asked polity 12 times over the course of 3 weeks. -Looking forward to more future shelter in place lockdowns.
