A boring, stubborn, loser person who is always stuck up their own arse. Doodly-doo people tend to get hung up over petty things, and go on long boring rants about anything uninteresting. Doodly-doo people can also have a very awkward presence, often walking or standing in a similar way to a pigeon, as well as exaggerating movements, not dissimilar to a cartoon character. Doodly-doo can also be used to describe a boring conversation.
