The term "Farcus" refers to a person who has found themselves in a position of power despite their extremely low level of intelligence. This often results in frequent errors resulting in harm to others. A farcus will never apologise for their mistakes, instead they tend to blame their victims. A farcus in incompetent and causes large scale harm to others. A farcus will not attack unless provoked. Unfortunately for all those who must abide by a Farcus, to anger a farcus is as simple as opening ones mouth. Avoid angering a farcus at all costs as this will put you in grave danger. Characteristics to watch out for that may indicate a Farcus include: being useless members of society, being a hater, being a bully, being a hypocrite, being extremely stupid, blaming others for the consequences of their own actions or lack of actions.
