Mess up, screw up, fucked up, wrong, mistake. I started using this word 30 years ago thinking I had heard it on Wayne's world. I thought I heard Wayne use it but what do you actually said was faux pas. Later he used the word haiku and I had the two mixed up thinking haiku was haku in the place of the faux pas.
