The Line Cook lean is an easily identifiable lean that someone performs while not moving, often the persons entire body will be leaning forward at rest. The individual may not even be aware of said leaning. Normally present in taller chefs or cooks. Caused by constantly leaning forward over whatever theyre preparing during their long and hard shifts.
