An upgraded version of small dick energy. Assholes feel like less of an asshole if they believe the person they're being an asshole to is also an asshole. Don't let them have that. If you say small dick energy, they can say it's body shaming. It makes them feel like they're not an asshole because you're an asshole too. But Dry Dick Energy means there's never any pussy juice on their dick (or lube if they like guys). This insult targets their incompetence, which is within their control.
