Reisinger, is one who makes early accommodations/plans without input or feedback from others. This often leaves those affected by the plans to feel undue extra planning and often little sleep. The word is derived from the Rise and Sing. Rise meaning that this is usually done during the early hours of the day and Sing which is usually joyous however all you can do is sing songs of sorrow. Both of which, in this case, is not a happy feeling. Spelling has been modified to make it sound more intelligent and hide it's lack of thinking.
