A sayscript is premeditated speech someone says in order to accomplish a goal or get their way. The listener is oblivious to the true purpose behind this script, but those who know of the sayscript, know what the real intentions behind this script are. The sayscript can be quite basic or complex but the speaker or speakers are manipulating the listeners by staying in line with social rules and civil etiquette, so whatever they may be saying, there seems to be nothing unusual or manipulative about it.
