salt petre - aka Potassium nitrate or Sodium nitrate, Potassium nitrate is a chemical compound with a sharp, salty, bitter taste & the chemical formula KNO 3. It is an ionic salt of potassium ions K+ & nitrate ions NO3−, & is therefore an alkali metal nitrate. It occurs in nature as a mineral, niter (or nitre in the UK). It is a source of nitrogen, & nitrogen was named after niter. Potassium nitrate is 1 of several nitrogen-containing compounds collectively referred to as saltpeter (or saltpetre in the UK). It is rumored to have been used in the military , In Prisons they mix it in with Koolaid known as county koolaid to curb the Male Libido / sexdrive , to cut down On prison rape & keep them from being aggressive , makes them More Docile . In layman's terms salt petre does the opposite of Viagra, extense, enzyte,purple rhino, blue gas station pills, cialis & other male enhancements.
