A negative effect when you drink bleach. Due to the chemistry of bleach (Sodium Hypochlorite), it comes in contact with the lining of the esophagus which strips and breaks down the soft tissue. The broken-down cells and tissue mixes with the bleach creating a crude and frothy soap in the stomach.
