Originally referred to the National Economic Security And Recovery Act, which was a proposed economic reform that never gained any traction. Now it is a conspiracy theory being pushed by a cultist and believed by QAnon-adjacent morons. It's usually referred to as NESARA/GESARA and the G stands for Global because they think there's a one world government or some shit. Statistically speaking, if you know someone who believes the NESARA/GESARA conspiracy, that person is most likely the stupidest person you've ever met.
