Slang term for when a person has a large quantity of one or more items that have little-to-no real world value, such as cigarettes, rolls of stamps, etc. that would bring them beaucoup prison currency, even real world money via money transfer apps and services. Also used when an inmate receives a large deposit of money onto their books, allowing them to order excessive amounts of certain items when they make store, allowing them a monopoly on those items - such as soups, hygiene products, stamps, etc.
