CTBPSD, or CTBS is a disorder where the person diagnosed with it Cannot-Take-British-People-Seriously or for the ladder Can't-Take-Brits-Seriously. The person who suffers from CTBPSD(CTBS) is unable to interact or think about a British person seriously, often laughing or joking about said brit. The disorder, most common in the US, aswell as other countries once colonized by britian.
