When someone of color, creed, race or nationality has a real good tendency to be obnoxious, socially unpolished or otherwise upsetting. This is particularly true on weekends while driving about, especially in front of the local Walmart crosswalks. Usually used in connection with past historical injustices such as slavery, victimization or a caricature / characterization of current hip hop shit noise. The result is one of the fantasization of the untimely demise immediately flashes through one's mind that is triggered by the public displays of an individual and their inappropriate behaviors.
