Aguascalientes Mexico - 1 of the 32 states which comprise the Federal Entities of Mexico. located in the northern part of the Bajío region, in north-central Mexico, It is bordered by Zacatecas to the north, east & west, with Jalisco to the south.. Aguascalientes is 1 of the smallest states of Mexico Just like Colima Mexico. Jalisco New Generation cartel is prominent here . With these ingredients the juice that comes off the meat, a broth is prepared to which tomato is added.Maguey leaves & soil are placed on top & left for about 4 hours. Finally, the meat is served together with the aforementioned broth & accompanied with Corn tortillas
