a condition of the brain which causes a person's mind to be cluttered with so many thoughts and so much information, that they desire to communicate, that they have trouble getting it all across to whomever they are talking to. This also includes the fact that their words are spoken slower than they desire, which leads them to stutter because they have so much crap to say. People with this condition: ~May need to work on their listening skills. ~May be a player of the drums. ~May be passionate about worshipping the God of Jesus Christ with their life.
