The shorthand/acronym for the job of a cleaner/redrawer of scanlations(typically: fan translation of comics). It combines the letters CL for 'CLeaner' and 'ReDrawer.' This acronym is mostly used on the credits or recruitment page of a scanlation upload. The number of fans of the media being translated is about the same as the number of different ways a job is referred to in the scanlation community (read: MANY different ways). Sometimes the job of cleaner and the job of redrawer are one in the same and sometimes not, this means there may be just a cleaner, just a redrawer, a cleaner/redrawer, or a cleaner and a redrawer.
