A racist term to demean and belittle women of color In recent years, "Bye Felicia" has been used as a dismissive phrase to signal a lack of interest or patience towards someone or something. The phrase is commonly used to dismiss and belittle Black women specifically, and has been used in a derogatory manner towards women of color in online interactions, social media, and everyday conversations.
