A glazer is a mf who bootlicks or tries to have a casual conversation with a police officer during a scene. People so attention-hungry that they suck up to the officer and act like their friend. ex.) An officer is performing an arrest on a criminal and random npcs that are spectating try to interact/distract with the officer.
