This term is used mostly in a derogatory manner but the TRUE definition is: A female who thoroughly enjoys fellatio, or "giving head" An extremely rare human that is typically not only a very sexual being but good at everything she does.... Especially sex! The term "chickenhead" should be a compliment rather than a insult.... A woman that puts all her effort into oral sex AND truly enjoys doing it...most definitely resembles a chicken.
