Hoeflation is a derogatory portmanteau of "whore" and "inflation", used to refer to the unfair Pareto Distribution principle (80/20 rule) that has appeared in dating culture due to the advent of internet dating (such as Tinder). It essentially affirms that the dating market tends to be rigged in favor of women.
