A joke used mostly on reddit to call someone out for flexing/bragging intentionally or unintentionally. It's commented on posts where the users are found to be doing those acts. Origin: It is a (still running) sub reddit on the website reddit. The name of this subreddit was posted as a reply on post where people intentionally or unintentionally talked about expensive things they own/have. The word "kothi bangla" is a Hindi slang from the country India, which means a big mansion. This slang is used to symbolise wealth and prosperity. Commenting this on a post would mean that they're calling the OP out for bragging/flexing. The use of the word is completely regarded as a joke and is not a serious call. The slang is mainly used by indians, nepalis, Bangladeshis, Pakistanis and Sri lankan redditors.
