Gravlax or graved salmon is a Nordic dish consisting of salmon that is cured using a mix of salt and sugar, and either dill or spruce twigs placed on top,and may occasionally be cold-smoked afterwards. Gravlax is usually served as an appetizer, sliced thinly and accompanied by dill and mustard sauce, either on bread or with boiled potatoes. Referenced in Three's "Three: Life Needs a Big Network – Gravlax 40” advert in 2022, and took Twitter by storm after being the center of a brief from One Minute Briefs in 2023
