or Zyklon B, the German name for a chemical pesticide used in concentration camps Majdanek and Auschwitz. (Zyklon is the German word for Cyclone) First developed by Fritz Haber, then produced as a delousing agent. The first use of Zyklon B in Auschwitz was on 600 Soviet Prisoners of War. Zyklon is the chemical agent used to kill many innocent people during the Holocaust.
