Building the TeePee is when 3 or more dudes lay with intertwined legs in a circle close enough so that their erect boners can form a teepee /|\ as such. And then an additional person sits on this pecker pyramid so that it enters their vagina or anus. Providing multiple penetration but also stretching as the base gets wider. There is a version that involves urine, but that is usually referred to as Building the TeePeePee
