Bulantı is the Turkish word for "nausea". İt's what a Turkish teen experiences on a daily basis. Feeling like the physical embodiment of a post-Soviet apartment. A state of mind where you're asleep, awake, drained and energetic at the same time while having the worst brain fog ever. You're not sure if you're dreaming or if you're awake, and everything is just a mess, especially you. You know that feeling when you wake up from a mid day nap, with cloth marks all over your arms, dried drool on your face, and you don't know what dimension you're in? Nice, combine that with depression, that's bulantı. Things you were so enthusiasted in, your hobbies, your political views, your family and friends all seem so unimportant and far away. Messed up sleeping cycle, time doesn't pass or passes too fast, eating like shit, looking like a cave person. You're drowning yourself in thoughts, and overthinking to an extent that your metaphysical activity exceeds your physical activity. You're feeling like shit.
