Luffyism is a philosophy of life and can sometimes be considered as a religion. It's the path of Monkey D. Luffy in which it's followers adhere to many of the beliefs and traits shown by Luffy in the show One Piece. One of the core philosophies in Luffyism is about being free and doing the things that you should do when you're free. It is to know that it is gift, to do your best when you have it and to stand up for those who lack it. Another core philosophy shown in Luffyism is that you should always stand up for and fight for your friends no matter the circumstances, sometimes even standing up for those who you would consider an enemy. It is also important to note that while there are many core philosophies shown in Luffyism, sometimes not all of them are directly portrayed by the character Luffy himmself, but rather by other characters that appear in the show as well.
