SLP Mexico known for its Spanish Baroque-style cathedral, the state capitol, several ornately decorated churches. Because the region's 2 main staples are corn & meat, tacos & tamales are 2 of its most popular meals. San Luis Potosi's tacos include lots of vegetables along with beef & cheese. Gorditas & enchiladas are also popular regional dishes. Drinks include mezcal, tequila & rum. Potosi Extra Anejo 1 of their best rum's.
