Guerrero Mexico - bordered by the states of Michoacán to the north & west, the State of Mexico & Morelos to the north, Puebla to the northeast and Oaxaca to the east. In addition to the capital city, Chilpancingo & the largest city Acapulco, other cities in Guerrero include Petatlán, Ciudad Altamirano, Taxco, Iguala, Ixtapa, and Zihuatanejo. Today, it is home to a number of indigenous communities, including the Nahuas, Mixtecs, Tlapanecs, Amuzgos, and formerly Cuitlatecs. It is also home to communities of Afro-Mexicans in the Costa Chica region.

Queso Criollo or Criolla is a Mexican cheese made from fresh, raw milk. The cheese is produced in Guerrero, it's one of the few yellow cheeses in the country. The flavors are mild and salty, but they become stronger as the cheese ages.

Tiritas pescado is a traditional Mexican seafood dish originating from the Guerrero region, The dish is usually prepared with fish such as snapper, sailfish, or marlin that is cut into strips, then combined with lime juice, onions, pepper, salt, and chili peppers, After the fish has been marinated, it is typically garnished with coriander & served with tortilla chips on the side.
