Welpity Shmelpity is a phrase originally coined in the early 2000s to indicate homosexuality, but it has since taken on a wider cultural significance. The phrase is often used as a humorous way to express acceptance of someone's sexuality, but it can also be used to express a sense of solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community. Additionally, some people use the phrase to indicate that they are aroused when they are around someone they are attracted to.
