A person that constantly makes bigoted remarks & comments and then decides whether they were joking or not based on the replies they get. When they inevitably cross the line they blame trauma, the way they were raised, their neurodivergence and/or the actual victim - They will do everything except take accountability unless the offense is frivolous optics & requires no true change on their part.
