Takes at least 2 qualified Jockeys to perform the Jockey handshake. One Jockey is required to pull his meat stick out and wait patiently for another Jockey (or multiple) to do the same. Once said number of Jockeys have their meat sticks out they will start sword fighting or docking. The Jockey handshake is only committed by qualified and trained Jockeys!
