Uni-racial — the artificial assumption that people can be grouped and classified by visible racial and ethnic phenotypes without any deep analysis. Because of the word biracial, the word uni-racial should logically exist; but, If you look up uni-racial in a dictionary the word isn’t there. This means that the assumption of racial and cultural endogamy is psychologically enshrined. DNA testing scientifically disproves this cultural assumption and arguments against strict endogamy taken to an extreme are made by diseases like sickle cell anemia, and hemophilia. The word uni-racial has been used to point out that there is only the human race; but, the darker implications of this word are much more interesting. If you don’t believe uni-racial isn’t in the dictionary; then just look it up.
