What is Catcowing? Catcowing is a phenomenon where an attractive woman is so amazing that any man would be happy to marry her, no matter how horrible he is. This is the kind of behaviour that causes Catcow to act, and the reason that Catcow acts is that she believes that the best way to stop men from treating women like shit is to punish them.
