noun Ziternekoy is a Turkish word. Past Tense: Ziternekoy'd or Ziternekoyed Present Participle + Tense: Ziternekoying Syllables: 3-4 (Depending if you want to pronounce "ne" silently or along with the rest of the word) Ziternekoy is a Turkish word, derived by my turkish friend from Tekirdag. It is used as a joke variable when you mix gibberish with a sentence. When they combine those two, they will shout "Ziternekoy'd." This is quite simular towards when you shout "UNO!" when you only have one card left during the match, but with a turkish spice and a joke twist.
