The Double Penetration Shotgun. A sexual action between a man and a woman where the man inserts his penis in to the woman's anus, and his fist in to her vagina. He then masturbates his penis while inside her, in the motion of cocking a shotgun. This action is best done in the "doggy style" position, as if the man is masturbating onto her back, but is actually inside of her.
