One who inspects gunts, either with the owners permission or not; methods of inspection can include stealth manoeuvres that can have high success rates when the owner is wearing a tight t-shirt, or is in a sitting position. A chief gunt inspector usually obtains the owners permission, and will have racked up at least 10 gunt inspections, kind of like 'taking one for the team', but on a regular basis.
